Moderada por Rosario S\u00e1nchez y Gabriel Eckstein, la conversaci\u00f3n se reuni\u00f3 con expertos de alto nivel como Sharon Megdal, Mario L\u00f3pez P\u00e9rez, Carlos Rubinstein y Rub\u00e9n Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"844\">\u201cLas aguas subterr\u00e1neas son altamente localizadas e invisibles, por lo tanto, lo que sabemos var\u00eda mucho de un lugar a otro\u201d, explic\u00f3 la Dra. Lo sabemos, pero nos hace falta m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y recursos para gestionarlo&quot;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1487\">Carlos Rubinstein fue contundente al advertir sobre los impactos ecol\u00f3gicos: &quot;Al sobreexplotar acu\u00edferos conectados hidr\u00e1ulicamente con r\u00edos, se reduce los flujos base. Eventualmente, el gradiente hidr\u00e1ulico se invierte&quot;. Y subray\u00f3: \u201cLos <strong data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1403\">retiros transfronterizos de agua subterr\u00e1nea<\/strong> comprometen no solo relaciones binacionales, sino tambi\u00e9n la sostenibilidad local.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1758\">Tambi\u00e9n se abordaron las diferencias legales. &quot;En Texas, el agua subterr\u00e1nea es propiedad privada.
