On April 20, 2021, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. (CT), the Permanent Forum of Binational Waters hosted a Coffee Break titled “After the Crisis: What Does Minute 325 Mean for Shared Waters Between Mexico and the US?”

This timely session examined the legal, institutional, and practical impacts of Minute 325, the latest amendment to the 1944 Water Treaty, following recent drought crises in the Colorado River Basin.
