These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://www.binationalwaters.org website (the “Service”) operated by Permanent Forum of Binational Waters (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Permanent Forum of Binational Waters and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Permanent Forum of Binational Waters, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of United States.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in United States.

Changes

Permanent Forum of Binational Waters reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the Permanent Forum of Binational Waters (PFBW). This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise.  

Information Collection, Use and Sharing 
The PFBW is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via filling out a form or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone for any purpose.

We will use the information you submitted through the registration process and it will be displayed on our website for the purpose to develop a network of water specialists in the border region.We will not use your information for other purposes but those stated under the objectives of the PFBW. 

Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you via email to inform you about specials, new products, updates, services, newsletter, website events, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access and Control Over Information 
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address provided on our website:

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

In order to use the PFBW website/platform, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration the user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

We do not issue any type of refunds.

We do not accept  any type of returns.

Shipping Policy

We will use third party services for shipping physical products. From the moment a product is purchased, the third party will handle the fulfillment of the order and the shipping associated with it. Therein, physical products will fall subject to the shipping policy of the third party.

Due to the nature of physical products, no shipping is required.
