About Me

Bio

Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in water resources at the UNAM. He has been working on water resources evaluation in dry and tropical environments under human and climate alterations, as well as the analysis of water-energy nexus, floods, and droughts.

Saul’s research interests include hydrological modeling, groundwater modeling, application of remote sensing products for water management, programing, geoinformatics and data science.
