The new logo is much more than an aesthetic change; it’s a declaration of principles and an open invitation to new generations to join this vital cause.

Society flows as rapidly as the water we study in the Permanent Forum of Binational Waters, and that’s why today we announce, with a redesign of our image: an identity that reflects our mission and vision of a more collaborative, sustainable, and vibrant tomorrow.
The organization’s new logo is much more than an aesthetic change; it’s a declaration of principles and an open invitation to new generations to join this vital cause.
From today, we combine a stylized fingerprint with the border strip between the United States and Mexico, water, and the environment, as a visual testimony to the Forum’s central philosophy: individuality and union, identity and collaboration.
The young and vibrant audience is contributing to our understanding of science, conservation, and international cooperation, accompanied by those experts who, with years of accumulated knowledge, guide us on the shoulders of giants.
The fluid lines of the logo, which evoke both the movement of water and the interconnection of our ecosystems and societies, tell us that environmental challenges know no borders and that, as our slogan promotes: water unites us.
Along with the image change, a restructuring of this website accompanies it, a space that already hosts more than 200 scientists, activists, and enthusiasts in shared water resources.
In this space, innovative ideas and passion for science become triggers to solve the water challenges we face together. Whether your interest lies in scientific research, public policy, or technology applied to water conservation, the Forum offers a platform to amplify your voice and materialize your projects.
We invite you to be part of this exciting new stage. Join the Permanent Forum of Binational Waters and leave your mark on the future of our water resources. Together, we can forge a path towards a more sustainable and equitable tomorrow for communities on both sides of the border.
The future of water is now, and you can be part of it. Let’s unite!
