    “Pray for rain” is a widely used phrase when drought hits. Today, as the hurricane season seems to be shifting and becoming less reliable, uncertainty rules. How to face the new conditions when unprecedented seems to be the new normality? We definitely need to keep praying.

    The Permanent Forum of Binational Waters invites you to its upcoming Science Talk titled: “New Hurricane Season: Impacts in the Border Region”. This event aims to provide a platform to discuss these urgent matters and is a unique opportunity to hear from young professionals working in the Mexico-US border region.
